Fitness and self-improvement have long consumed me; however, my career path has been a rather circuitous one. I graduated from University College, Dublin with a B.Comm with Italian in 2004 and subsequently spent five years working in the financial services industry. In that time I completed many courses of study that eventually led to my changing career paths. My devotion to number crunching was never absolute and thus my free time was spent learning about the body and how it can be harnessed to achieve what we want it to.
I recently left my career in finance in order to resume my studies. I am currently studying Physiotherapy in the Royal College of Surgeons. I am also a seasoned athlete. I represented Ireland in cycling in my youth and won several titles and events during this time. In recent years my focus has shifted to weight-training and I have subsequently competed in several bodybuilding competitions. I recently featured in Flex magazine.
