To continue with my love for salads this is my go to all year round salad ideal with fish or steak summer or winter.
It’s so simple and easy to make with just a few ingredients yet tasted so great.
- Bag baby leaf rocket
- 2 desert spoons fresh Parmesan shaved
- Half fresh lemon squeezed
- Sea or rock salt with cracked black pepper
- Drizzle of oil of choice my preference is olive or sesame
Tip put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to blend flavors before serving.
