Paul has been working out now for over 25 years and has been training others for almost as long. He has studied and tested in all areas including physical training, nutrition and recovery. "Theories are great, but what counts are real results in the gym and your body, and that is why after testing practically every method there is, I have kept only the techniques that consistently produced positive results time and time again." It is these techniques that have helped him and others win many physique titles.
Paul Byrne has won numerous physique classes in Mr. Ireland, Mr. Northern Ireland & Mr. Titan UK. He is also six time Irish Karate Champion; twice the European Karate champion and holds a very impressive 3rd Dan Black Belt.
Paul is renowned for his tireless charity work from Marie Keating Foundation to Irish Autism Action to Crumlin Children's Hospital which are all very close to his heart. He has successfully climbed the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu raising money for Irish Autism Action and climbed to the top of Kilimanjaro to raise money for the Crumlin Hospital for sick kids and cycled Geneva to Monte Carlo for Irish Autism Action. He has also completed 2 Iron Man 70.3 both in under 6 hours for Irish Autism Action as well as 3 Marathons in under 4 hours and numerous amounts of Olympic distance triathlons and also trained and helped many people to compete in these events.
Paul has trained everyone from Olympic athletes to beginners to get them in the best possible physical shape. As well as BodyByrne Paul is the President of NABBA Ireland (National Amateur Body Building Association) and President of the World Fitness Federation Ireland. He is a regular judge at the Mr. Universe competitions and world fitness contests.

Six years ago he started working in the fitness industry and for the last three and a half years has been working as a personal trainer and strength coach for athletes at the highest level.

As well as playing soccer, basketball and rugby he has competed in Javelin where he successfully won a bronze medal at national level. First steps in his professional career started 7 years ago when he got involved in Kickboxing. His intensive conditioning and sparing training sessions led him to silver medal in national level.
Warren has trained clients from athlete level to beginners to help and motivate them to achieve long and short term goals - including supporting groups of clients through the Hell and Back and Tough Mudder challenges.
He is qualified EQF Level 4 in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition. He has completed TRX suspension training levels; TRX sports medicine and science; TRX group training and TRX rip training and trigger point course.

After taking up rugby when he was 13, his progression to resistance training and weightlifting was inevitable. He then took a sports science course when he was 16 and fell in love with the nutrition aspect to training.
He has recently qualified a nutritional therapist from the Health & Science Academy and is always learning and expanding his knowledge of nutrition.
Joel is a qualified personal trainer and he also has qualifications in TRX suspension training, Indoor cycling and step aerobics. He spends his spare time being as active as possible especially outdoor activities such as cycling and kayaking, in which he is also a qualified instructor.

Nikki has been involved in sport since she was 5 years old, when her parents brought her down to the swimming pool to learn to swim. Since that day she fell in love with it and continued swimming for 13 years before she became a national champion in 2003.
In the meantime, while she was busy with regular swimming sessions she wanted to learn how to protect herself and started to attend MMA classes which involved Boxing, Karate, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Jiu Jitsu.
Nikki had to stop her swimming career and MMA at the age of 16. Suddenly she started to gain a serious amount of weight and found it very hard to lose it as she did not have the right information on how to do it. She started to read a lot of books, magazines, followed social media to get the best tips in nutrition and training, however she was struggling to get back into shape. That's when she decided to become a personal trainer, to help herself, people like her and those who wanted to change their lifestyle.
