Claire McGrath has spent years developing her unique style of yoga. Traditionally trained in Ashtanga Yoga in India, her class is strong and flowing.
Expect to sweat and build strength whilst also training balance - in body and mind.
A great addition to weight training to help loosen tight restricted areas and also challenge the mind to overcome physical boundaries. And a focus on fun.
