The New 6 Week Yoga Programme

In our 6 week classes we will encourage you really tune into your own body, get to know and nourish it from the inside out. 

I love combining an energizing sequence with a calm and cantered mindset that leaves people feeling grounded and refreshed. 

I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years,I started in London when I was training in dance college, which gave me a great foundation for understanding the body. Over the years I grew more drawn to yoga and it's holistic approach. 

I completed my RYS 200hr multi style yoga teacher training in India in 2018 and have been teaching vinyasa since. This practice is about feeling a flow of energy using movement and breath. This technique this has had huge benefits for me, both on and off the mat. 

One of my favourite messages is to really tune into your own body, get to know it & nourish it from the inside out. I love combining an energising sequence with a calm & centred mindset that leaves people feeling grounded and refreshed.
