MINDBODY is an American company that stores data outside of the EU. As part of our selection process it was important to find a partner that has Privacy Shield certification which complies with GDPR regulations related to transferring data outside of the EU.
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration and disclosure.
BodyByrne Training stores and processes your personal information on its computers and server in the Republic of Ireland. We protect your personal information by maintaining physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable IRE and EU regulations. All personal information that you may provide on any of Websites will be Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypted. BodyByrne Training also uses computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption methods to protect your information. Our Website hosting is with ‘Best of Breed’ ensuring every effort has been made to protect your data.
